The Performance Edge, Inc., headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah, was founded in 1990. Our mission is to assist individuals and organizations to achieve higher levels of staff effectiveness, productivity and profitability while at the same time enhancing employee fulfillment, quality assurance and customer satisfaction and retention. About the Founder.

Monte Pierce, MBA, Former CPA., is the president and founder of the Performance Edge, Inc. Prior experience includes working as a CPA and business advisor with a national CPA firm and CFO of a successful multi-million dollar restaurant and real estate operation. He has extensive managerial experience and is proficient at designing and implementing performance measurement and enhancement programs. He is also an effective consultant, trainer and coach and specializes in personal and organizational performance enhancement techniques and strategies.
